Disney's BoardWalk Villas provides a variety of accommodations, from studios with kitchenettes to multi-bedroom villas. Villas include a fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and in-unit washers and dryers. All guestrooms include laptop-friendly workspaces, air conditioning, free WiFi, safes, ceiling fan, vanity area with 2 sinks, a bathroom, and balcony and terrace overlooking the promenade and the water.
Onsite dining
Guests enjoy American favorites and fresh seafood along the waterfront boardwalk. Kouzzina, run by Iron Chef Cat Cora, is open for breakfast and dinner with a Mediterranean menu. Paper plates and bowls and plastic utensils are available upon request. The resort's convenience shops, Screen Door General Store and Dundy's Sundries, sell snacks.

Location and Transport
Disney's BoardWalk Villas is 35 km from Orlando International Airport. It is within walking distance of EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. A Disney Skyliner station is located at the International Gateway to EPCOT. The bus stop is located between the lobby and the Conference Center. Minnie Van service is available through Lyft. Overnight self-parking is complimentary.

The Conference Center features over 20,000 square feet of event space. Villas have in-unit washers and dryers. A 24-hour self-service laundry room is near the 3rd-floor elevators. Pre-stamped mail can be sent from the Front Desk; stamps are available at Screen Door General Store. Guests can arrange in-room surprises, such as floral arrangements and gifts. Military personnel can visit the Military Base Ticket Office for details. Trash and towel service is provided on the eighth day of the visit. Full cleaning service is on the fourth day of visits longer than 8 nights.
