“From what I've gathered, this is an apartment ideally set up for families, with sleeping arrangements that include a king bed, bunk beds, and a sofa bed. The private beach access across the street seems to be a major draw, and the presence of beach equipment adds real value. Though located on a third floor without elevator and some minor kitchen and bathroom quirks, the location near the beach appears unbeatable.”
