PINES AT WEST BAY, Laguna Beach

The Pines at West Bay, located 5 km from Panama City, FL, features 40 condotel units, each 1,250 sq ft. Every unit includes two bedrooms, a bunk room with two bunks, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. Units provide a private balcony or patio with choices of forest or pool views. Each includes plank-style flooring and a family-sized living area. Kitchens have stainless-steel appliances, a refrigerator with an ice dispenser, a stove top, and a microwave. Bedrooms feature king beds (ADA rooms have king and queen beds), blackout drapes, roomy closets, modern walk-in showers in the master, and tubs in the second bedroom. Technology includes electronic doors with keyless entry, fiber-based internet, Smart TVs with streaming, and Bluetooth app-based security gate.

The Pines at West Bay offers multiple activities. There are six dedicated pickleball courts and an additional six recreational pickleball courts, painted on two full-sized basketball courts. Guests have access to a zero-entry pool, sand volleyball courts, a kid fishing pond, and a playground. A fitness room contains treadmills, exercycles, and free weights. A half-mile perimeter walking trail is present. Kayak rentals are available at the Kayak Shack.

The Pines at West Bay will offer meeting space including a coffee shop.

The Pines at West Bay is one minute from B.V. Buchanan boat ramp, with access to West Bay, the intercoastal waterway, and the Gulf of Mexico. Nearby locations include Northwest Florida Beaches Airport (12 minutes), Latitude Margaritaville (5 minutes), Frank Brown Park (9 minutes), and Pier Park (10 minutes). The location is near the beach, sports venues, shopping, and dining.

The Pines at West Bay provides online check-in/check-out. Two elevators offer access to four floors. The facility is equipped with a gated entry. Trailer parking is available at Buchanan Park. It also will offer conference and event spaces soon.
