About Southern Dunes
Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club features a hillside layout stretching over 7,200 yards with 100 feet of elevation changes. Designed by Steve Smyers, the course includes large undulating greens and high-lipped bunkers. Five sets of tees accommodate various skill levels. Dynamic pricing adjusts golf rates in real-time based on demand and availability. Booking earlier may result in lower prices. All players must register in the golf shop before play. Proper golf attire is required.
Course Specifics
The course features risk/reward opportunities through mounding and strategically placed bunkers. Par-3 holes play downhill, providing views of greens. There are five par-4 holes that stretch more than 420 yards from the back tees and three that play less than 380 yards long. The par-5's allow for some mistakes from the tee box, however, these holes offer tough risk reward opportunities for the player trying to get the ball on the putting surface in just two shots. Bunkers are strategically placed. The design uses ridges, hillsides, valleys, wind patterns, and putting surface formations to allow for dynamic golf shots.
Golf Shop Details
The golf shop offers equipment and golf apparel. Clothing lines include Adidas, Ralph Lauren Polo, Tehama, Cutter & Buck, Glen Echo, Izod, and Ashworth. FootJoy shoes and socks are available. P.G.A. professional staff can assist with questions.

TAVERN on the DUNES is located in the 6,000 square foot clubhouse. It serves breakfast and lunch. The restaurant caters to needs by offering light snacks, a full service bar, breakfast and lunch as well as a Sunday breakfast buffet.
