Dining at Marquesa
Café Marquesa serves fresh coastal flavors by Chef Laurence Gottlieb. Specialties include grilled meats and local seafood. Guests can enjoy unique tapas. The café has a vintage wine list. Guests can look out for pimento cheese baked oysters, pan-seared grouper, and crispy yellowtail snapper, as well as chocolate pot du creme for dessert and dessert martinis. Breakfast is served daily from 8:00am to 11:00am and includes tropical fruit, berries, coconut chia pudding, smoked salmon mimosa, pressed juices, eggs benedict, garden omelet, Chef's Huevos Rancheros, elevated avocado toast, and the signature breakfast sandwich featuring a home-made all butter croissant.
Leisure amenities
The Marquesa Hotel offers three swimming pools. Guests at the original Marquesa and the new 4-1-4 Marquesa have access to all amenities at both sites. Nearby grounds feature a waterfall fountain and walkways lined with staghorn ferns and palms. Guests can visit Fort Zachary Taylor, built in the mid-1800s, and a natural beach for swimming and snorkeling.
