FantasyWorld Resort has 2-story townhomes that measure 1000 square feet, each accommodating up to six people. Each villa includes two bathrooms, two separate bedrooms-a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a guest bedroom with two twin beds-and a separate living area with a sofa bed. Villas come with a screened-in patio and a fully equipped, full-size kitchen that includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, 10-cup coffee maker, and blender. Additional amenities include a separate dining room for up to six people, a room safe, an iron, a hairdryer, and wireless internet access. For entertainment, each villa has three flat-screen HDTVs. Guests also receive first-night starter kits for coffee, bathroom amenities, and washer and dishwashing detergent. Designated pet rooms are available for dogs under 40 pounds; advance reservations are required.

The River Landing Pool Bar offers sandwiches and appetizers, along with daily drink specials, cocktails, beer, wine, and kid's beverages. It opens daily at 11 AM and provides a full menu. Bear's Bean Co., located in the lobby, serves fresh brewed flavored coffees, espresso, cappuccino, and smoothies daily. Guests enjoy fresh hot sugared donuts and fresh brewed coffee in the main lobby building every morning from 8 AM to 11 AM. Bear's Market, also in the lobby, is open 24 hours and sells snacks, sodas, ice cream, groceries, beer, and wine during select hours. Guests can also have food delivered via Fantasy TO-Go.

The Waterpark area features two 3-story water slides (48-inch height requirement), a large resort pool, a lazy river, a kids' splash pad, poolside activities, and hot tubs. Resort amenities include basketball, tennis, a playground, batting cages, pickleball, and shuffleboard. Other activities include building a teddy bear at the Recreation Center and tie-dye T-shirts on the main pool deck. There's also an 18-hole miniature golf course and a fitness center with a sauna. Guests can participate in poolside games, such as hula hoop contests, jump rope contests, and mini golf challenges. The 24-acre property includes specific dog walking areas, clean-up stations, and a 6000-square-foot fenced dog park. In the Activities Building, guests can enjoy movie nights with popcorn.

FantasyWorld Resort is located in Kissimmee, approximately 20 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and 12 km from Kissimmee. It is near the Walt Disney World Resort (4.1 miles), SeaWorld (8.2 miles), Universal Orlando (11.4 miles), and the Orange County Convention Center. The resort is also close to shopping, with the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores 1.5 miles away and the Orlando Premium Outlets 4.9 miles away. Scheduled transportation is available to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. The resort is surrounded by dining options, including Olive Garden, TGI Fridays, and Starbucks.
