A three-night minimum stay is required. The maximum occupancy is six in a two-bedroom unit and eight in a three-bedroom unit. A $25 lockout or lost key fee applies. No boats or trailers can be parked on the property. Each unit gets one parking space. No pets are allowed, except for licensed service animals. Smoking is prohibited. Additional parking must be negotiated with the Resort desk before the check-in date. All two-bedroom units have a maximum capacity of five people. Beware of any solicitations that offer unrealistic promises concerning price or resale turn-around.
