Rooms: Space and amenities
Regal Oaks Resort offers 2, 3, and 4-bedroom townhomes ranging from 1,350 to 1,850 sq ft. Each townhome includes a full kitchen with modern appliances, a dining room, a living room, two televisions, and a washing machine/dryer. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Each unit also features a private screened patio with a hot tub. The 2-bedroom townhomes include one bedroom with a king bed and another with two twin beds, with a sofa bed in the living room. The 3-bedroom townhomes have one room with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds, plus two bathrooms. The 4-bedroom townhomes feature a master bedroom with a king bed and TV, the second and third bedrooms each with a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom with two twin beds.
Dining: On-site options
Guests can dine at the Cabana Pool Bar & Grill for tropical drinks and light meals by the pool. Zac's Sports Bar & Grill offers a family-friendly atmosphere with pizzas, burgers, and steaks, along with big screens for sports viewing and arcade games. Zac's also provides a private lounge for group gatherings. Guests can order food online from Zac's for pick-up. Sam's Pantry, located in the Clubhouse, sells snacks, toiletries, and Starbucks coffee.
Leisure and Entertainment
The resort features a heated zero-entry swimming pool with waterslides. There are tennis and pickleball courts, and a fitness center with lake views. The Game-On Arcade in the Clubhouse includes classic and modern arcade games. Activities such as arts and crafts, karaoke, bingo, face painting, and outdoor games like cornhole and ping pong are available. The Ball Room accommodates 100 people in a theatre setting or 75 in rounds. There are also electric cars, bikes, and paddle boats available for rent in Celebration.

Regal Oaks Resort is located in Celebration, near Disney Land. It is a short drive from Universal Studios and is near restaurants and local eateries in Old Town, which is a 10-minute walk away. The resort is near ESPN World of Sports, 4 miles away. Nearby convention centers include Gaylord Palms Convention Center (1.5 miles), Orlando World Center Marriott (2.5 miles), and Orange County Convention Center (10 miles).
Services and Amenities
The resort provides a 24/7 front desk service. The Concierge Desk sells tickets to theme parks and local attractions. A computer workstation is available. Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort, including in townhomes, at the clubhouse, and around the pool area. There is a charge for on-demand cleaning services: Full Clean Service, Light Touch Service, and Towels and Trash Removal. The clubhouse has elevators. A pet fee of $200 applies, with a maximum of two dogs per townhouse.
