Beachpoint Cottages is located in Siesta Key, a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico, off the coast of Sarasota, Florida. All cottages have air conditioning, a full kitchen or kitchenette, and one or more flat-screen TVs. Select cottages include a dining table, sitting area, terrace, patio, and garden furniture. The two-person studio includes a deck with swing and rockers, a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. The ground-level accommodation features a spacious living area, a dining area, and a separate kitchen. The freestanding ground floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage includes a private fenced outdoor space with barbecue facilities. The ground floor cottage features one-bedroom and one-bathroom with a tub/shower combo and opens onto an outdoor seating area. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage sleeps up to four adults and opens onto a large, covered deck with a dining table, with accommodations for up to two children.

Cottage 3 is a ground-level unit that opens onto a spacious deck with a swing. It has a kitchen and bar area adjoining the living room, which includes a sofa bed. This unit has two flat-screen televisions and mini-split air conditioning with separate controls for the bedroom and living area. Cottage 7 is an upstairs, two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit with an open-concept living room, dining area, and full kitchen. It features a dedicated ground-level tiki hut for seating and outdoor dining. Cottage 7 sleeps up to 4 adults in 2 King bedrooms plus a queen sofa bed for up to two children. Cottage 5 is an upstairs studio with a dining and sitting area, a separate galley kitchen, a full bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. It sleeps up to 2 adults plus a queen sofa bed for up to two children. Cottage 1 is a freestanding ground-floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage that includes a private fenced outdoor space with barbecue facilities and an outdoor shower. It sleeps up to 4 adults in 2 King bedrooms plus a queen sofa bed for up to two children and has three flat-screen televisions. Each bedroom and the main living area have separate air conditioning controls with a quiet split system. Cottage 6 is a ground-level unit with a spacious living area, a dining area, and a separate kitchen. It also includes a dedicated covered tiki hut for seating and outdoor dining in the side garden just outside the front door. Cottage 6 includes 1 King bedroom plus a queen sofa bed for up to two children.

Guests can enjoy a garden view. Select cottages open onto an outdoor seating area or a large, covered deck with a dining table. A dedicated covered tiki hut is available for seating and outdoor dining. A spacious deck has a swing. Every dog must be registered prior to arrival.
