Rooms include ironing facilities, climate control, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. Accessible rooms feature roll-in showers with hand-held shower sprayers, lowered door peepholes, lowered thermostats, accessible sinks, and grab bars around toilets. Some accessible rooms also include flashing knock lights and fire alarms for guests with hearing impairments. TTY kits, amplified headset telephones, door knock lights, and vibrating alarm clocks are available upon request.

The Garden is the hotel's newest restaurant, featuring quality cuts of steaks and ongoing shows. Orange Blossom, located in the Boulan courtyard, serves breakfast, brunch, and dinner. Dishes include pink pancakes, truffle eggs Benedict, lobster ravioli, and New York strip.
