The Bungalow Beach Resort offers bungalows with a single Queen or King sized bed and fresh linens. Some bungalows share a building, while others are free-standing cottages. One, two, and three-bedroom bungalows have queen beds; some include extra sleeper sofas. Each bungalow has a private entrance and exit. Sandpiper Bungalow #201 and White Pelican Bungalow #301 are examples of the modern take on the bungalows. Sandpiper has a full kitchen with cookware, a washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with large showers, and a living area with a sleeper sofa. White Pelican has slatted raised ceilings and a better view of the Gulf.
Onsite Relaxation
The resort features a 10x24 heated pool with a waterfall and a cabana area for private entertaining. There is also a private heated pool available with rental of the Island Pool Home. The courtyard includes a communal firepit and two charcoal grills with utensils. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are provided on the private beach. Guests can relax upon lounge chairs with umbrellas. A large concrete table is available for lunch or playing a game with oversized chessmen and checkers.

Bungalow Beach Resort is located on Anna Maria Island in Florida, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. It is nestled among the white sand dunes, sea oats, and coconut palms of Bradenton Beach. From Sarasota Bradenton International Airport, travel 25 km to reach the resort. To arrive by car, take State Road 64/Manatee Avenue for about 15 miles to Anna Maria Island, where the street name changes to Gulf Drive North at the next light; continue 1.5 miles to the resort, located on the right after a sharp "S" curve.
