Conch Key Fishing Lodge & Marina provides accommodations with air conditioning, free HBO TV, and free high-speed wireless internet. Options include waterfront efficiency rooms at dock level with 2 queen beds, a kitchenette, a dining area, and TV. Second-level rooms offer water views, two queen beds, microwaves, and private balconies. Apartments feature a full kitchen, a king bed, a daybed, a futon, a dining room, and a private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Guests can barbecue on the grills provided. The convenience store sells beverages, snacks, fishing, boating, and diving supplies, and is open from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Sombrero Beach, with picnic tables and restrooms, is 20 minutes away. Snorkel trips to Sombrero Reef Sanctuary and Lighthouse are also available. Nearby attractions include Crane Point Museum, Pigeon Key, and Key West, which is 100 km away.

The Conch Key Fishing Lodge & Marina is located on Conch Key, at mile marker 63, past the Long Key Bridge. It is 100 km from Key West International Airport. From Ft. Lauderdale Airport, take 595 West to the Florida Turnpike - South. From Miami Airport, take Highway 836 West to the Florida Turnpike - South. The lodge is situated between Everglades National Park and Marathon, Florida, about 20 minutes from Marathon. Little Conch Key is 0.5 km away.

The motel provides a swimming pool, lounge chairs, and laundry machines. The convenience store and motel's office are located on the ground floor, and are open 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily. The swimming pool is heated during the winter and chilled during the summer. High-speed wireless internet connection and HBO are available. Hearing-impaired smoke detectors are available upon request.
