Edison Beach House provides accommodation featuring an outdoor swimming pool, free parking, a garden, and barbecue equipment. All rooms include air conditioning, a desk, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, bed linen, towels, and a patio with sea views. In-suite kitchenettes are equipped with full-size refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, dishwashers, stacked washers, and dryers. Studios and apartments are available. Apartment options include 1 or 2 bedrooms and 1 or 2 bathrooms with a bath or walk-in shower, hairdryer. Each floor has emergency lighting, EXIT signs, fire exits, fire alarm stations, and an escape stairway. All outside entrance doors need key cards for entrance. General Electric appliances including a washer, dryer, full-size refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, glass-top range with oven, and microwave are in every suite, along with countertop appliances, dishes, and silverware. Suites include a safe which can hold most laptop computers.
Dining Made Easy
Each suite has a kitchenette. The Times Square area is a short walk down the beach and has intimate eateries and casual boutiques. A courtyard grill is available within the grounds. The suites feature a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and cookware.
Beachfront Relaxation
Guests can swim in the heated Gulf-front freshwater pool or relax on the beach, watching dolphins that often come near shore. Public areas, including hallways, are monitored with cameras. Guests can also explore the water on a jet ski. Several guided jet ski tours will take guests to the best spots to see dolphins and manatees around Estero Island.

Edison Beach House is located on Estero Island, 25 km from Fort Myers, FL. The Times Square area, featuring eateries, boutiques, surf shops, and a fishing pier, is a short walk down the beach. Hotel Services
Night security is on-site from 7 PM to 7 AM. Housekeeping services are provided daily. One car is allowed per suite in the parking lot, and parking passes must be displayed in the rear-view mirror. The property is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the outside lanai, but not in the rooms. White bedspreads and light-colored blankets are washed after every departure. The ventilation system vents air to the outside. Air conditioning units are removed and cleaned every four months to prevent mold.
