Edison Beach House provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden, and barbecue facilities. Night security is on-site from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Housekeeping services are provided daily. The hotel provides daily maid services and bedding changes. The ventilation system vents air to the outside, not back into the suites. Air conditioning units are removed and cleaned every four months. The hotel uses a white bedspread and a light colored blanket which along with all linens are washed after every departure. The hotel is a non-smoking, non-vaping hotel, but smoking/vaping is allowed in the outside lanai, not in the rooms. Public areas, including hallways, are monitored through a series of cameras. Only one car is allowed per suite in the parking lot, and parking passes must always be displayed in the rear-view mirror.
