Siesta Sun Beach Villas features twenty-six individually owned units. The units include four 2-bedrooms, ten 1-bedrooms, and twelve studio/efficiencies. The villas have a wide variety of sleeping arrangements to accommodate guest's needs. Ten of the units (Beach Building) are located directly on the white sands of Crescent Beach. Beach units have screened lanais and main units have front yards. Each air-conditioned holiday home comes with a kitchen, a seating area, and a satellite TV with DVD player. Also, there's a breakfast bar for 2 plus a dining table for 6. Stainless appliances and solid stone counters will make you feel right at home with the quality one would expect. Down the hall is a small updated and modern bathroom with tub/shower and solid stone vanity. The living room is decorated in retro -quality furnishings such as a large burnt red/orange leather corner sofa that can accommodate the whole gang. Next to it is a tan leather chair and ottoman all facing the large Smart flat screen TV. The holiday home has a private bathroom, air conditioning, a washing machine, as well as a seating area with a TV. Meals can be prepared in the well-fitted kitchen, which features a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and an oven. The holiday home features a tea and coffee maker and tumble dryer.

House of Sun Siesta Key Crescent Beach includes a Private beach, a well maintained tennis court overlooking the beach and the Gulf, plus communal pool also overlooking the Gulf. The pool is warm all year round with plenty of loungers to relax upon. There is also an outdoor tennis court and a fitness center. Guests can enjoy your breakfast at the cafe table for 4 with an umbrella and a great book you 've been wanting to read. The laundry room is situated in the middle of the complex. The swimming pool has been beautifully renovated and is heated. Guests checkout the Matterport video designed for you to walk thru the property.

Siesta Sun Beach Villas provides complimentary Beach chairs and umbrella setup and towels. Bed Linens are provided once weekly, and towels are provided twice weekly.
