La Pensione Inn offers a Standard King with a king bed and sitting area. The Deluxe King Room, located in the Victorian home, includes a sitting area and french doors opening to a shared wraparound balcony overlooking Truman Ave. It also has a 40" LED TV. The Cortez Suite features a living room with a half bath on the first floor, and a bedroom with a walk-in closet and full bathroom on the second floor, 32" LED TV in the living room and a 40" LED TV in the bedroom, plus bathrobes, microwave, and refrigerator.

A generous breakfast is served in the first-floor dining area next to the reception or the porch entrance from the pool/parking side. Key West features restaurants, cafés, and raw bars with island cuisines from Cuban to Caribbean. Guests can enjoy seafood, including grouper, lobster, snapper, and Key West's conch fritters.
