Breakfast and dinner options include spinach and mushroom Benedict or stuffed brioche French toast at breakfast, and small plates, burger bar, or entrees at lunch and dinner. Sal Rosa Island Kitchen + Bar features Island Latin cuisine and Caribbean themed cocktails. Sal Rosa Cafe + Scoops offers house made gelato.
