Lincoln Arms Suites offers boutique studio apartments and one-bedroom apartments. The studio suites include one bed or two queen beds, a full kitchen, and a sitting area. One-bedroom apartments have a full kitchen and a living room. Rooms feature 42" plasma TVs with satellite service, Wi-Fi, premium linens, and housewares. The fully renovated apartment-style accommodations are located steps from Lincoln Road Mall, Collins Avenue, and the ocean. All guests in the room must be unless the parent/legal guardian is staying in the same room. Our Housekeeping Staff will honor the 'Do Not Disturb' ( 'DND') door hanger once during a twenty-four hour period indicating that the room is occupied.

There is no daily housekeeping; trash pick-up and towel replenishment is provided daily. Full kitchens and mini refrigerators are included. The property has a rooftop sun deck. Rooms include an in-room safe and 42" plasma TVs with satellite services. The hotel provides a 24-hour front desk. The only common area with any kind of congregation however is the astro-turfed rooftop terrace, which has comfy loungers and umbrellas, potted plants, and free chilled water. We love pets so feel free to bring along your dog child. Pet must be accompanied and leashed at all times.

Lincoln Arms Suites does not have on-site dining. Guests receive a free happy hour from 5-6 PM (daily signature cocktail only) at Maxine's Bistro & Bar at our sister Catalina Hotel and daily free happy hour 6-7 PM (vodka and gin only) at our sister Catalina Hotel. Several restaurants and cafes can be found nearby, as well as the Catalina Hotel and Beach Club.
