Pelican Beach Resort provides one-bedroom and two-bedroom condos. Two-bedroom units (955 sqft) include a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen or twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. These units feature a 24-foot balcony accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. One-bedroom Dolphin condos (873 sqft) feature a king bed, bunk beds, and a sofa bed. All condos have two bathrooms, a full kitchen with stainless appliances, a coffee machine, a toaster, a blender, kitchenware, and an ice maker. All condos include HD Cable TV on Smart TVs and Wi-Fi. A vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, and hair dryers are provided. Two adult size beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart and a wheeled cooler along with ice packs are available for guest use. Two-bedroom units have a washer and dryer, while one-bedroom units have access to a laundromat on every floor.
