This 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo at Regency Towers on the Gulf of Mexico features new tile flooring and furnishings. The air-conditioned condo includes a living room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a ceiling fan. Guests can watch Netflix on one of the two flat-screen cable TVs in the living room and bedroom. The unit provides two beds. The condo provides guests with one separate bedroom, a living room and two bathrooms with a hairdryer and free toiletries. You'll have the entire condo to yourself, sharing it only with other guests in your party. Enjoy views of the private yard and natural light. Each unit features a patio. Ironing facilities are available.
