A second bathroom is off the hallway, and there are four televisions. All 3 Bedroom units have a Beach Front balcony. One Room Efficiency units offer a small kitchen with an apartment size fridge and freezer, stove, and microwave oven. There is a queen size murphy bed, love seat, dining table for two, a private full size bathroom, and a television. Two Room Efficiencies offer a separate bedroom with two full size beds and a television. The second room is set up as a combination living room with a partial kitchen. There is a full size sleeper sofa, a television, and a partial kitchenette with an under the counter fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. A Jack and Jill bathroom is accessible from both rooms. Each unit is fully furnished with linens, towels, dishware, utensils, and small appliances. Ceiling fans are in the living rooms and bedrooms. Every unit offers air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a dining table, a patio, free toiletries, cookware and kitchen utensils, and a flat-screen TV. Patio door floor track is raised 1/4 inch.
