One Room Efficiency units feature a small kitchen with an apartment-size fridge and freezer, a stove, and a microwave oven. There is a queen-size Murphy bed, a love seat, a dining table for two, a private full-size bathroom, and a television. Two Room Efficiencies include a separate bedroom with two full-size beds and a television. The second room has a combination living room with a partial kitchen. It includes a full-size sleeper sofa, a television, a partial kitchenette with an under-the-counter fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. A Jack and Jill bathroom is accessible from both rooms.
