The Sherbrooke All Suites Hotel, located in South Beach's Architectural District, provides accommodations in a restored 1948 Art Deco building. Each air-conditioned suite includes a kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave, along with a flat-screen TV, a safe, and free WiFi. The private bathroom has a bath or shower, plus free toiletries and a hair dryer. There are four suite options. Suite 1 features one queen bed for one or two people. Suite 2 includes one queen and one twin bed for two people. Suite 3 has one queen and one twin bed for three people. Suite 4 offers two queen beds for four people. Each soundproofed suite includes ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a dining table and parquet floor.

Leisure and Practicalities
The Art Deco Welcome Center is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Public Areas/Facilities accessible for physically challenged - The lobby has a dedicated ADA restroom which has a compliant sink, a raised toilet, grab bars, large sufficient maneuvering floor space, paper towel dispenser, waste bins, wrapped pipes, hearing-impaired alarm indicators, soap dispensers, compliant doors and operating mechanisms. We have a dedicated accessible room with fully compliant entry doors. Due to the historic character of the building and structural limitations, we do not currently have a roll-in shower but are working with our architect to introduce one in the future. We have grab bars in the bathroom. Audible and visual alarms are found throughout the facility. We have an accessibility lift which will take you from lower lobby to elevator on first floor.

Located in the heart of the Miami Beach Architectural District, the Sherbrooke All Suites Hotel is 0.1 mi from Espanola Way and Washington Avenue, plus 0.1 mi from Lummus Park Beach. Collins Avenue Shopping Area is steps away, and the nightlife of Ocean Drive is two blocks away. Landmarks nearby include St Francis De Sales Catholic Church (1 km), Lummus Park (0.5 km), Collins Avenue (1 km), The Bass (2 km), Miami Beach Botanical Garden (2 km), Art Deco Historic District (0.3 km), World Erotic Art Museum (0.5 km), Holocaust Memorial (2 km) and The Wolfsonian (0.3 km). The Miami International Airport is 20 km from the property. Accessible public parking is available on each block on Miami Beach. The closest assessable parking space is located at the rear of the Sherbrooke on the South side of 9th street abutting the service alley.
