Siesta Key Palms Resort has 27 units, from standard rooms to one-bedroom villas. All rooms include a kitchenette with a stove, oven, and kitchen supplies. Each room also has pull-out sofa beds, flat-screen TVs, safes, cable channels, upgraded "quite air units", and free amplified WiFi. Queen-size beds are included in every room. Courtyard Studios have a private outdoor patio with a fountain. Gran Studios have a cooktop. Villas include a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, stove/oven, wet bar, Kuerig, mini-fridge, microwave, utensils, flatscreen TV, WIFI, patio seating, and garden view. Bathrooms feature both rain and wall showers, in-wall dispensers for hair and body products, and hair dryers. ADA rooms feature bathrooms with at least 60-inch turnaround space for wheelchairs, a roll-in shower with 3 grab bars, extra-wide doors, and lowered amenities.

Siesta Key Palms Resort is on “restaurant row” with dining selections from Roth Chris Steak, Carrabba`s Italian Grille, Stonewood Grill, and others.

The resort provides a BBQ grill area and “chill sections” with hanging day beds. The main family pool and tiki hut area are heated and open year-round, featuring heated outdoor showers and adjoining dining areas. A second 21-and-over pool is also available. The pool features a handicapped access ramp and lift. Guests can relax in private tropical gardens with serenity fountains. All private courtyards include an outdoor table with an umbrella and chairs. The property has fire pits, hammocks, coin-operated guest laundry, complimentary bicycle rentals, complimentary beach chairs, and a game patio. Movie nights are offered.

Siesta Key Palms Resort is off the south end of Siesta Key, a short walk over the bridge to Siesta Key Beach. It is 6 miles from downtown Sarasota. The hotel is half a mile from St Armand's Circle. Turtle Beach is at the southernmost end of Siesta Key. Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is 20 km from the resort, a 20-minute ride.

The hotel provides daily housekeeping, with floors swept and mopped, trash emptied, and dishes washed. Guests receive complimentary WiFi, parking (one space per room), and ice. Designated parking is limited to 1 vehicle. The property is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings. The pool features a handicap lift to accommodate disabled guests, the doors and entryways throughout the hotel 32 inches wide or more, and the hallways, ramps and other routes are at least 36 inches wide throughout the hotel.
