Siesta Key Palms Resort features studios and villas. All rooms include a kitchenette with a stove, oven, and kitchen supplies. Rooms also have pull-out sofa beds, flat-screen TVs, safes, cable channels, upgraded "quite air units", and free amplified WiFi. Each room features queen-size beds. Bathrooms include both rain and wall showers, in-wall dispensers for hair and body products, and hair dryers. Courtyard Studios have private patios with fountains. Siesta and Key Suites offer additional space. Gran Studios include a cooktop. Villas also offer wet bars, Kuerigs, mini fridges, microwaves, utensils, and patio seating with garden views. The ADA rooms have bathrooms with at least 60-inch turnaround space for wheelchairs, roll-in showers with 3 grab bars (two on the shower valves and one along the back wall), extra-wide doors, and lowered amenities.
Leisure and Pools
The resort has two pools: one family pool and one for guests 21 and over. The main family pool and tiki hut area is heated and open year-round with heated outdoor showers and adjoining dining areas. The family pool has a handicapped access ramp and lift to accommodate disabled guests. Guests can relax in private tropical gardens with serenity fountains. There is a BBQ grill area and chill sections throughout with hanging day beds, hammocks, resort games, and fire pits.
Location and Beaches
Siesta Key Palms Resort is just off the south end of Siesta Key, offering easy access to Siesta Key Beach. The resort is near various beaches, including Turtle Beach at the southernmost end of Siesta Key, known for being less crowded than Crescent or Siesta Key Public Beach. Turtle Beach features tall dunes, trailer parking, and docks. Coquina Beach is a spot with calm waters and a coral reef 1/4 mile offshore. Brohard Beach and Paw Park, the area's only beach where dogs can be off-leash, includes a wetland area for fishing and bird watching. St Armand's Circle is half a mile away. Siesta Key Village is 3 km away.
