Simonton Court Historic Inn & Cottages offers thirty unique rooms spread across five buildings on two acres in Old Town, Key West. Room options range from Petite Queen Rooms to King Suites with poolside access, living rooms, wet bars, and private decks or balconies. Cottages include king or queen beds and queen beds in upstairs lofts. The Mansion, a Victorian residence, features Bahamian architecture near the largest pool and breakfast bar. Unique features in the cottages include exposed Dade county pine, wood floors, and porches. Some rooms have shared porches, and some suites open directly to the pool. Certain units include seating areas.
Dining at Inn
The inn features unique, island-inspired Small Plates with Caribbean spices and fresh local seafood. A complimentary, light continental breakfast is available, with options to add a $5 Mimosa, Bloody Mary, or Prosecco. Guests can order beverages and snacks to their room. Enjoy complimentary local brew, iced and hot tea, and filtered water all day at the pool bar. Fresh Keurig coffee is available directly in the room.
Leisure and Pools
Guests can swim in any of the four outdoor pools, open 24 hours. A yoga and meditation space is available next to the Mansion pool. Happy Hour, with $5 drinks and complimentary snacks, takes place Friday to Sunday, 3-5 PM, at the Mansion Bar. Welcome Hour is every Monday and Thursday at 3-4 pm, also at the Mansion Bar. Guests have access to one of the island's popular gyms, a block away, or can enjoy on-site bike rentals for $20 per day.
