Within walking distance, weekends feature all-you-can-eat buffet offering Prime Rib, Crab legs and Shrimp and live music. Kathi's, three blocks away, features Karaoke or Guitarist on weekends and is popular for Soft Shell Crab, Seafood Boils, and fresh fish of the day.

The Inn provides a swimming pool, picnic area, and fire pit. Guests have access to free parking, detached trailer parking, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet. Local activities include fishing, scalloping, bike riding, canoeing, kayaking, bird watching, and hiking nature trails. River Haven Marina offers kayak rentals with drop-off at Steinhatchee Falls. Scenic river tours are available with a USCG Captain, viewing manatees, hawks, and alligators.
