The Duval Room is a 200 ft2 room that sleeps two and includes 1 King bed, Private Bathroom, Mini-Fridge, Microwave, flat screen TV, Coffee Pot, Toaster, and deck with seating for two overlooking the common grounds. The Hemingway Retreat has 2 Bedrooms-one with a King bed, the other with a Queen bed-2 private en-suite Bathrooms, a Full Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room with sectional couch including a Sofa Bed, and a Private Pool, Deck and Lounge Chairs. The Duval Room can be joined to the Hemingway Suite with a lockable door as an additional king bedroom. The Old Town Suite can be joined to the Hemingway Suite with a lockable door as an additional queen room, living room with a sofa bed, and second kitchen.
