The Addison on Amelia Island provides fourteen guest rooms. Room 3 includes a king sleigh bed, silk draperies, original heart of pine floors, and a gas fireplace. Room 4 features a king-sized bed, 11-foot ceilings, custom linen draperies, original hardwood floors, and a fireplace. Room 5 offers a queen-sized bed. Room 6 has a king-sized iron canopy bed, hardwood floors, a desk with chair, and an upholstered reading chair. Room 8 includes a private porch with a wicker dining table and 2 chairs overlooking Ash Street. Room 10 is appointed with a king-sized bed, hardwood floors, a desk, and a reading chair, plus a garden porch with wicker chairs overlooking the courtyard fountain and gardens. Room 12 features a king-sized bed, hardwood floors, a desk with chair, and an upholstered reading chair. Room 14 includes a private porch with a wicker dining table and 2 wicker chairs with a view of Ash Street. Room 15 has a queen-sized bed, desk with chair, reading chair, hardwood floors, and a bathroom with a glassed-in two-head spa shower. Each room features air conditioning, a wardrobe, flat-screen TV with cable channels, and wine/champagne.
Breakfast and More
Your stay at The Addison includes a 3-course gourmet breakfast each morning, evening Happy Hour with complimentary beer and wine, 24-hour coffee & tea service, and complimentary sodas and sparkling water. Breakfast may include fresh-baked muffins or bread, fresh fruit and yogurt topped with homemade granola, and a featured entree course of either sweet or savory fare. The Addison's breakfast service uses the freshest possible ingredients. Lisa loves to peruse the farmer's market every Saturday looking for fresh produce for breakfast and happy hour. We present fresh fruit at breakfast, do all of our baking in-house, and use herbs from our garden in food preparation.

Fernandina Beach offers a spa, eco-tours, shopping, sailing cruises, fine dining and casual lunches, live music, and a Farmer's Market every Saturday. The Parks & Recreation Department offers free leisurely walking tours that explore the flora and fauna of the Egan's Creek Greenway. Amelia Island has bike trails and paved paths.
