THE ANN STEVENS HOUSE, Cassadaga

The Ann Stevens House has 10 guest rooms in a restored Victorian building. The Second Floor Queen with Balcony features an ornate iron queen canopy bed, a private bathroom with a clawfoot tub, and a balcony overlooking the front garden. The Peaches & Cream includes a clawfoot tub, a spacious walk-in closet, and a Queen size bed with a window overlooking the forest. Another Victorian room includes an ornate queen bed, antique vanity, a walk-in shower, and a view of the courtyard. The Jasmine & Jade vintage room features a queen bed, antique carved Chinese armoire, inlaid lacquer furnishings, and a walk-in shower. The Windsor offers a carved king bed, a 42-inch LCD flat screen, a walk-in shower, and a screened patio with forest and courtyard views. The Floridian includes a carved king-sized canopy bed, a 42 inch LCD flat screen, a walk-in shower, and an over-sized screened patio with a forest view. The Rendezvous offers a carved king bed, a 42 inch LCD flat screen, walk-in shower, and a screened patio with forest and courtyard views. The Cattle Baron features a king bed, a 42 inch LCD flat screen, a walk-in shower, stock tank tub, and a screened patio with a forest view. The Ann Stevens Room includes a carved king bed, armoire, inlaid nightstands and table, a 42 inch LCD flat screen, Jacuzzi tub with overhead shower, and a screened patio. Another room has a king bed carved with love birds, a 42 inch LCD flat screen, Jacuzzi tub, and a screened patio.

Webster's Tavern is located onsite. The property is surrounded by subtropical forest, gardens, and a koi pond. The building has a screened in porch with two rocking chairs and a table.

The inn is a few blocks from the Cassadaga historic district. Daytona Beach and Orlando are 30 minutes away. Disneyworld and the Daytona International Speedway are also nearby. The track hosts races of ARCA, AMA Superbike, IMSA, SCCA, Motocross, and Biketoberfest. Blue Spring State Park is near. Downtown DeLand Historic District, Stetson Mansion (built-in 1886), and Hontoon Island are also located in the area. Gemini Springs Park is nearby with 6.5 million gallons of water bubble up from the two springs.

Weekend events for overnight guests include a 3-hour message service on Friday night by Spiritualist Medium Dawn Casseday and a 3-hour Paranormal Investigation on Saturday night led by Heather Settle Kennedy. These events are held quarterly.
