The Deluxe Waterfront King Suite, located on the lower and upper levels, provides views of the Marco River and the Gulf of Mexico, featuring a king bed, a refrigerator, a balcony or patio, and access to the pool and BBQ grills. The one-bedroom Marco Island condo rental has eastern and western end decks, a full kitchen, and access to The Boat House Marco's pool and boat docks. The Gazebo House includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a microwave, a coffee maker, a dining table, a private patio, a private charcoal grill, and access to the pool and boat docks. Each room includes heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a terrace, a dining table, a patio, garden furniture, an AM/FM alarm clock, a flat-screen TV, and parquet flooring.
Things to do
Guests can enjoy on-site fishing and boat dockage for a charge of $2 per foot per day (maximum boat size is 8ft wide by 24ft long). There is a westerly facing pool deck with a heated pool and seating. The pool deck provides opportunity to splash in the pool as dolphins splash in the creek below. Near The Boat House Marco - Depart from Naples to enjoy the closest air boat experience by a Seminole Indian tour guide. Other available recreation are: exploring nearby beaches, and shopping at Esplanade Shoppes and Marco Town Center Mall.
