The Inn on Siesta Key provides various suites including the Cabana (two-bedroom, two-bath with a king bed and two twin beds, kitchen with granite countertops), the Cottage (three-bedroom, two-bath with old Florida charm), the Haven (one-bedroom, one-bath ground-level unit), the Lookout (one-bedroom, one-bath upstairs suite with a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico), the Nest (one-bedroom, one-bath unit accessible via 15 stairs), and the Nook (one-bedroom, one-bath ground floor unit with a king bed). Each apartment includes a flat-screen cable TV with a DVD player, a full kitchen with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Select units have balconies. Specific amenities include Serta ICOMFORT Memory Foam Gel series beds, tile floors, and garden areas.

Each suite features a full kitchen, allowing guests to prepare meals. The Cabana and Nook units include granite countertops and breakfast bars. A breakfast bar/buffet can be used for family meals. The property has BBQ grills for guest use.
