The Resort on Cocoa Beach provides 124 two-bedroom condos that accommodate six people. All units feature wood floors and light granite countertops. Suites include fully equipped kitchens, washers, dryers, sitting areas, dining tables, patios, and flat-screen TVs. Master bedrooms have king-size beds. Guest bedrooms feature two twin beds. Living room sofas pull out to queen-size sleepers. Oceanfront rooms face east, while ocean-view rooms face north. Some units offer partial ocean views. ADA rooms, both Oceanfront and Oceanview, are available.

The resort offers a tiki bar with snacks and a happy hour. Azteca II presents Taco Tuesday inside Azteca II for $10.00 per plate. It includes two tacos and rice with beans.
