Vacation Village at Parkway offers suites with air conditioning, a balcony, and complimentary WiFi. Each unit includes televisions in the living room and bedroom, plus a DVD player in the living room. Suites also come with a safety deposit box, a satellite flat-screen TV, ironing facilities, a wardrobe, and a seating area with a sofa bed. A Suites feature a full kitchen with a stove, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave convection oven, drip coffee maker, blender, and toaster. C Suites include all A Suite kitchen amenities, excluding the stove. B Suites feature a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. Each suite has an ironing board with iron in the bedroom closet. Designated suites meet Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, including ADA accessible stoves.

Vacation Village at Parkway provides seven heated outdoor swimming pools, six hot tubs, and two children's swimming pools. Guests can access 22 barbecue grills and poolside activities. Three nature trails are available. Additional amenities include two fitness centers, basketball courts, corn hole boards, an outdoor fire pit, a horseshoe pit, pickleball courts, picnic areas, a ping pong table, shuffleboard courts, and a volleyball court. Guests can attend dynamic dance and fitness classes. There are also two arcades.

Vacation Village at Parkway is 35 km from Orlando International. Nearby landmarks include Publix Super Market at Water Tower Shoppes (1 km), Celebration Town Center (3 km), Falcon's Fire Golf Course (3 km), ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex (2 km), Old Town Sling Shot (1 km), The Great Magic Hall (2 km), Lake Rianhard (2 km), and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park (3 km). Orlando's theme parks, including Magic Kingdom(R) Park, Universal Studios Florida(TM), and SeaWorld(R) Orlando, are close by.

Vacation Village at Parkway operates 24 hours, 7 days a week. It features a business center with computers and printers at the front desk lobby. Concierge services and an attractions ticket desk are available. Limited local transportation is offered around the resort property and to the nearest grocery store. Guests staying five or more days receive one full-service cleaning for each additional week. Specific designated smoking areas are provided. 24-hour security is present. A resort fee of $50.00 plus tax per night is collected at the time of check-in for exchangers and a $15.00 plus tax per night resort fee is collected for renters.

Accessible areas include the activities room, barbecue areas, business center, elevators to pathways to game rooms, fitness center, parking, pool deck, pool pathway, and public restrooms.
