Each Villa comes with a 'Starter Pack', which includes a backup roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one set of towels and bed linens, a single wash box of washing machine detergent, one roll of paper towels, two tablets of dishwashing machine soap, one small bottle of liquid dish soap, two kitchen trash bags, and one setup of bath amenities per full bath with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath gel, and a small bar of soap. Unlimited local and long-distance calls are free. Solé Watersports operates out of Hawks Cay Marina, offering equipment rentals and charters. For boating needs, Grassy Key Marina provides trailer launching and storage.
