CocoPlum offers two-bedroom, two-bathroom villas that sleep up to six people. Every villa has a spiral staircase connecting the second and third floors. All villas include a living room, dining room, three flat-screen TVs with cable, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The master suite has a queen-size bed and a private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin-size bed. The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa. Each villa provides air conditioning, a washing machine, and a dryer. Upper floors also offer a wet-bar and a round table.

The Overseas Highway, US 1, uses mile markers for addresses. The drive from Miami International Airport takes about 2.5 hours (110 miles), and from Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport, it takes about 3 hours (135 miles). Boat trailer parking is available across the street from the villas.
Onsite Services
Wi-Fi internet service is available throughout the property. The ground floor of each villa provides a personal, secured storage area. Iron and ironing boards are available at the front office at no extra charge. Boat docks include water and power. Bait freezers are available for boaters. Trash bags, dishwasher detergent, glass cleaner, and a sponge are provided. Additional items are available at the front office for a fee. A cleaning fee of $30 per night is charged, with no daily maid service provided.
