Gulf Winds Resort has studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom condos. Each condo has a full kitchen. Some condos feature ground-floor patios, balconies, or rooftop decks. The master bedrooms include brand-new Sealy queen mattresses and HD TVs with cable. Some condos have patios with views of the pool and Gulf. Bed linen, bath towels, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are provided. Select condos include complimentary Wi-Fi and private high-speed internet.

Guests can relax by the heated pool, in the landscaped courtyards, or on the beach. Activities include water sports, golf, fishing, and boating. Corey Avenue shopping district events offer local arts, music, and food. Nearby attractions include Largo Central Park (train rides) and the Salvador Dali Museum (96 oil paintings, 100+ watercolors/drawings, 1300 graphics).

Gulf Winds Resort is off Gulf Boulevard in St. Pete Beach. St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport is 30 km away. The resort is near the Corey Avenue shopping district. Upham Beach is directly across the street with public beach access. Dolphin Landings Charter Boat Center is nearby. A quaint fishing village with restaurants, shops, and boat rentals is located between Madeira Beach and Treasure Island.

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The property offers complimentary Wi-Fi in some condos. There is a laundry room and BBQ grills on the property.
