The Guest House accommodates up to 7 guests with 2 bedrooms and 4 beds, a full kitchen, a dining area, and a fireplace. The master bedroom has a california king bed with en suite bath with a shower and tub, and the guest room has a california king bed next to a second bathroom with a shower. Emerald House accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and 2 baths. It also includes a music room, a family/game room, a kitchen, and a dining area. Both houses offer free WiFi, wood-burning or gas fireplaces, cupolas, cable TV, tubs and jetted showers, and patio decks with lounge chairs. There are three private suites in the main house for 1-2 guests each, and rooms feature Tempur-Pedic mattresses that can be arranged as two twins or one king. Select rooms have water views and sitting corners. Room amentities includes ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area, dressing area, dining table, patio, garden furniture, free toiletries, cookware/ kitchen utensils, Flat-screen TV, and carpeted floor.

Our pets live on property - our rabbits, T-Rex and Teddy, live in the screened patio area attached to Emerald House, and our cat, T'Challa, lives in our private quarters in Emerald House. Some spaces are shared - Living, kitchen, dining, bathrooms, and patios are shared as in a typical B&B in Emerald House.
