Sunset Vistas Two Bedroom Beachfront Suites features island-style condo rentals, each with two bedrooms, a separate living/dining room with a queen sofa bed, and a fully furnished kitchen. Each suite includes a private balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Suites also provide washers and dryers. The room provides fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator with icemaker, oven/range and all cookware, dishes and utensils. Each suite is 870 square feet and sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children, featuring a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed. Suites also provide two bathrooms with granite counters, three flat-panel TVs with DVD players, and telephones with voice mail and wake-up service.

The Sunset Vistas' Café offers traditional breakfast dishes including eggs, waffles, specialty coffees, and muffins. Lunch includes sandwiches, salads, and pizza. The café also offers convenience items, sunscreen, toiletries, beer, wine, and snacks. The Sunset Beach Bar is open from 12pm to 1am (weather permitting). The Sunset Beach Bar is also the place to enjoy a refreshing cocktail while watching the sun set over the ocean. Live music performances are also featured select weekends and holidays.

Located on Treasure Island, Sunset Vistas is near John's Pass Fishing and Shopping Village and one of Florida's white sandy beaches. Clearwater, FL is 30 km away. Tampa International Airport and St Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport are approximately 30 minutes away. The nearby towns of Clearwater and St Pete Beach feature a bar and restaurant scene.

Sunset Vistas provides complimentary parking and free Wi-Fi. The front desk is staffed 24 hours. A business center is available on site. The property offers separate dining area with intimate seating for four. Each unit comes with one parking space. ADA kits are available for use to assist hearing- or sight-impaired guests. We work closely with local providers to provide additional conveniences, such as beach wheelchairs, hospital beds, and lifts. No pets/animals allowed, with the exception of service animals as defined by Title II and Title III of the ADA.
