Tropical Beach Resorts, located 150 yards from Crescent Beach, offers a variety of accommodations including Cozy Studios, King and Queen Efficiencies, One Bedroom Suites, and a Two Bedroom Suite. The Two Bedroom Suite can be combined with a Cozy Studio to create a Three-Bedroom Suite. Standard rooms include a refrigerator, kitchen equipment, and ceiling fans. All guest rooms feature Sealy pillow-topped beds, fluffy duvet covers, coffee, hair dryers, irons, beach towels, a 32" flat screen TV, kitchens or kitchen areas, card key entry, in-room safes, and ceiling fans. Most rooms offer garden views, and each room has its own outdoor table and two chairs.

Tropical Beach Resorts is located in Siesta Key, a barrier island off the coast of Sarasota, Florida, approximately 150 yards from Crescent Beach. Palm and Pineapple Avenues, Towles Court Artist Colony, Historic Burns Square, and St Armands Circle are nearby. The resort is located on the same side of the street as the beach, with no roads to cross. The free Siesta Key Breeze trolley collects across the street and runs up and down the island until 10pm nightly. Free rides operate like a taxi service anywhere on the village.
