La Te Da offers 15 air-conditioned accommodations. Every room includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels and complimentary wireless Internet access. Accommodations also feature irons/ironing boards. Superior Room 18 is located on the ground level near the Terrace Bar and restaurant garden and features French doors leading to a porch with white privacy curtains shared with one other room. Superior Room 19, located on the ground level at the front of the property, is ADA accessible with wide entrance and bathroom doors, grab bars, and a roll-in shower. It also features a Sealy Posturepedic King Bed and Key West style decor. Superior Room 20, on the 2nd floor, offers a Duval Street view, vaulted ceilings, a Sealy Posturepedic king bed, a Key West style pine wood wall, and a tree top porch. Superior Room 21, also on the 2nd floor, includes vaulted ceilings, a Sealy posturepedic king bed, a Key West style pine wood wall, custom goldfish fabrics, and local art. Deluxe Rooms 22, 23, and 24 are approximately 220 square feet and located on the 1st floor poolside, each decorated in unique themes and color schemes. Deluxe Room 25 is located on the ground level near the rear of the property, featuring a Sealy Posturepedic King Bed, a Key West style pine wood wall, custom tropical fabrics, and artwork from the Maryland shore. Superior Guestroom 28 is located on the second floor overlooking the pool area and is close to the level 2 deck and a Sealy Posturepedic King bed. Superior Guestroom 29 is located on the second floor in the quiet back of our property overlooking the pool with two queen beds.

La Te Da welcomes adult guests with a restaurant and bar. The restaurant, located on Duval Street, features unique, island inspired Small Plates with bold Caribbean spices and fresh local seafood. The diverse menu includes French Onion Soup, Beef Carpaccio, Baked Brie with Bacon Maple Jam, and Herb Toast, as well as fresh salads and homemade pasta. Main courses include Sauteed Key West Yellowtail Snapper and Filet Mignon. A complimentary breakfast is cooked to order each morning. Guests can enjoy live entertainment nightly from 8:30 PM to 11:30 PM at the piano bar, located in the former Perez Residence.
